That odour may indicate a more serious health risk of periodontal disease\, which is completely preventable Good dental health is just as important for pets as it is for humans but is typically overlooked. By age 3\, 70-80% of dogs and cats show signs of dental disease. \nDr. Mike West\, community care clinician at the Atlantic Veterinary College\, will discuss how to help your pet’s teeth and gums stay healthy\, how to brush your pet’s teeth\, choose healthy teeth treats\, and recognize the signs of periodontal disease. \nEveryone is welcome.
