The Summerside Rotary Book Sale for Literacy is happening this week at Slemon Park! Rotarians are sorting thousands of books this week so that they are all ready for you to browse and buy later this week. The Rug Hooking Guild of NS is bringing a very special exhibition to Charlottetown this Friday and Saturday, 28 and 29 Oct. A collection of 66 small mats honoring the victims of the residential schools is touring the Atlantic Provinces. The mats were hooked to designs by five Indigenous artists from the Maritimes and will be on display at the Farm Centre on University Avenue.
